Terms and Conditions (T&C)

for Neubauer Holiday Apartments

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of our holiday apartments as well as all related services and deliveries.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By making a booking (by phone, in writing, by e-mail or via a booking platform), the guest offers to enter into a rental agreement. The contract is concluded once we confirm the booking.

3. Payment / Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival in cash or in advance by bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free cancellation.
  • From 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, the full price will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

5. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-In: daily from 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Early arrival or late departure is possible only by prior arrangement. Luggage storage can be arranged.

6. Use of Apartments

  • All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere on the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and events are not permitted. A separate group room for up to 30 people may be used upon request.
  • Please handle the furnishings with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.

7. Use of the Farm

  • The farm is an agricultural business. For safety reasons, entering barns, stables, storage halls or other operational areas is strictly prohibited.
  • Children may only move around the farm under parental supervision.
  • Parents are responsible for their children.

8. Liability

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to the apartment, inventory or buildings.
  • The operator is not liable for guests’ valuables.
  • Use of the farm premises is at the guest’s own risk.

9. House Rules

In the event of serious violations of these T&C or the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
